These cottages may be used to either house a home health care giver or a person needing home health care in Sonoma County, California.  They can be built to the clients needs and specifications and can be made handicapped accessible and ADA Compliant. In Sonoma County all that’s needed is a note from the doctor stating that home care is needed and verification of a code approved connection to a sewer or septic tank.
