Also called Caretaker Cottages, Granny Units and In-law Suites, we offer two types for independent assisted living: Hand Built Heirloom Caretaker Cottages built from start to finish in Petaluma, and Caretaker Cottages built through our factory – a more affordable option.

Specially-designed backyard cottages for either a caretaker assisting a disabled person in the primary residence, or a disabled person living in the backyard of a primary caretaker. Designed with special assisted-living features such as full wheelchair access.
