Little House on the Trailer offers a large range of economical solutions for employee housing. Our Park Model Recreational Trailers are a good choice for supplying one or two bedroom compact houses that can be put in service on your site immediately. They can ship from Phoenix or Omaha and arrive at your site in six weeks.
We also offer HUD (federal Housing and Urban Development agency) approved houses of any size or configuration for permanent installation. Single-wide HUD homes can be set up in a day and moved easily to accommodate changing needs. Our double-wide homes provide spacious living area of up to three bedrooms and two baths. There is no size limit.
These homes are stick-built in the factory to conform to prevailing codes and shipped complete to your site. They are finished inside with sheetrock that has been taped, textured and painted, and arrive with all appliances and cabinets installed and ready for service. Many options are available, including siding, roofing, window, paint and appliance selection. They are hooked up to onsite utilities.
We supply housing to campgrounds, resorts, farms, horse and wine properties, and mobile home parks.
