Whether you’re looking to move an ADU from one property to another or your manufactured home is ready to leave the factory, we’ve got you covered. No matter who you initially purchased from, we can take care of the install from permit to occupancy.

If you’re curious about how the permit process works, here it is broken down into four steps:

  1. Fill out a building permit application
  2. Create a plot plan sample, architectural drawings, and engineered foundation drawings
  3. Submit your application
  4. Approval!

We’ll take care of any service you need, from building a strong foundation to designing and installing stairs, decks, and/or ramps.

In this video, owner and design expert Stephen Marshall walks you through one of our deliveries right here in Sonoma County. After a four hour trip from the factory where the home was built, Sonoma Manufactured Home Installation’s team have to make some adjustments to maneuver the house around a tight corner and over a slippery dirt road. All in a day’s work!

In the end, the little house was safely secured before sundown.
