In celebration of the new ordinance in San Jose, Stephen has designed a little house that can be rolled through a standard driveway and into your backyard!

The Santa Clara comes in three variations that conform to San Jose’s ADU regulations. These little houses are built with standard ergonomics and include full-size kitchen and bath. 400 sq ft is the maximum size permitted by the Park Model Recreational Trailer code, while 200 sq ft is the smallest design that can accommodate standard appliances.
